Women Empowerment

Women face numerous obstacles throughout their lives, including gender discrimination in education, early marriage, domestic violence, and limited economic opportunities. These challenges are even more pronounced for Dalit, Tribal, and Migrant women, who often experience compounded discrimination, sexual violence, and economic deprivation. Recognizing the transformative power of women’s empowerment, we are committed to promoting gender equality and enhancing women’s rights.

To achieve this, we organize women into self-help groups, providing the training and support needed to live self-sufficient and dignified lives. Our comprehensive programs focus on skill development, leadership training, and movement building to nurture future female leaders. We also address the specific needs of marginalized groups through initiatives like the Tribal Women’s Forum, which advocates for and uplifts tribal women. To further our mission, we have established Skill Development Centres in our social action hubs, dedicated to enhancing women’s economic status and empowering them to shape their futures.
