Women Empowerment
Women face numerous obstacles throughout their lives, including gender discrimination in education, early marriage, domestic violence, and limited economic opportunities. These challenges are even more pronounced for Dalit, Tribal, and Migrant women, who often experience compounded discrimination, sexual violence, and economic deprivation. Recognizing the transformative power of women’s empowerment, we are committed to promoting gender equality and enhancing women’s rights.
To achieve this, we organize women into self-help groups, providing the training and support needed to live self-sufficient and dignified lives. Our comprehensive programs focus on skill development, leadership training, and movement building to nurture future female leaders. We also address the specific needs of marginalized groups through initiatives like the Tribal Women’s Forum, which advocates for and uplifts tribal women.
Through quality education, skill training, entrepreneurship development, life skills and leadership initiatives upholding the rights, dignity and social status of women in 21 Civil districts through our social action centres, training institutes and community dialogue centres.
