Kabilesh, from Walajah in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, faced early challenges growing up in a modest household. After finishing school at Don Bosco, he worked in various jobs before enrolling at Loyola ITI Ranipet in the Refrigeration and AC Technician course, despite initial disinterest. During the pandemic, his studies shifted online, but he later returned to campus, worked evenings at Modi Medical, and completed internships with local shops and Daikin.
At Loyola, Kabilesh thrived, excelling in practicals and forming lasting bonds with supportive professors. He graduated in 2022 with strong hands-on skills. Post-college, he joined a local company, then self-learned mechanics and computer skills, eventually landing a design job with a Japanese AC company. Later, he became an Inspection Officer in a government role, helping monitor rain patterns to predict floods.
Guided by mentors and supported by his family, Kabilesh’s journey reflects perseverance, adaptability, and the life-changing impact of education at Loyola IT
