November 26, 20248:00 am

The PARAN Tribal Society commemorated Indian Constitution Day on November 26, 2024, with active participation from 18 beneficiaries, including women, youth, and community leaders. The event was led by Fr. Kennedy SJ and Mr. Ambrose SLT (Lok Manch).

The program aimed to familiarize the participants with the Indian Constitution, highlighting its significance, particularly its emphasis on unity in diversity. Slogans and discussions about constitutional values encouraged participants to reflect on their importance and relevance in today’s society.

Leaders and women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) expressed pride in understanding and advocating for the Constitution. The event successfully brought together scattered tribal groups, fostering a sense of unity and awareness about their rights and responsibilities.

The key takeaway was the growing interest among leaders and staff in deepening their understanding of constitutional values, laying the foundation for future initiatives centered on rights and governance
