Women Empowerment

Women face numerous obstacles throughout their lives, including gender discrimination in education, early marriage, domestic violence, and limited economic opportunities. These challenges are even more pronounced for Dalit, Tribal, and Migrant women, who often experience compounded discrimination, sexual violence, and economic deprivation. Recognizing the transformative power of women’s empowerment, we are committed to promoting gender equality and enhancing women’s rights.

To support this mission, we form self-help groups that provide the necessary training and support for women to lead independent and dignified lives. Our programs focus on helping women acquire skills, develop leadership abilities, and advocate for themselves, enabling them to become future leaders.

We provide participants with livestock, funding, and opportunities to improve their skills. Additionally, we offer education in financial literacy and other essential life skills to prepare them for leadership roles. We are dedicated to understanding and addressing the unique needs of marginalized communities through thorough research. Our initiatives include the Tribal Women’s Forum, which amplifies the voices of tribal women. This forum helps build a community for these women while working to remove the obstacles they face. Our goal is to assist them in breaking the cycle of poverty they have experienced. We have established Skill Development Centres in our social action hubs to support our mission. These centres offer practical training programs to equip women with the skills necessary for various jobs. We ensure that these centres have modern facilities to enhance learning and encourage hands-on experience. We are committed to improving women’s economic status. We believe that by providing the right resources and knowledge, women can take control of their economic futures and become the leaders of tomorrow. Our goal is to offer immediate support while inspiring independence and fostering lasting change in their lives and communities. As these women gain skills and confidence, they can better shape their futures and positively influence society.
